A commerce graduate, an aspiring CA and a young entrepreneur, Milind has always been a multitasker. He is a natural leader, he is not our boss but a team member. He is confident, outgoing and energetic. Milind believes in aesthetic values, long speeches about hard-work, motivation and work ethics are common from him. Along that he loves to keep the group dynamic positive and fun. When in ambiguity Milind likes to repeat "all is well", he is an avid movie watcher and never misses any of his favorite stars. His first love is kalla kriti events, he spends most of his time in development and planning for the company. Milind believes in designation of authority, he has great goals and he is not afraid of them. His present dream is to make company's flash ship event the biggest in the state. Kriti Soni wants to live in a world where emails are short, love letters are brave and every “thank you” note is scribbled by hand. A sought-after hotelier specialist and an MBA by qualification, she’s been spotted by many event industry professionals and encouraged to start up something of her own. She is an amazing communicator and has the tendency to walk away with the opportunities out of any tight spot. She studies and learns about the business situations from every possible angle.
When she is not organizing events, you can find her re-reading the collected work of Chetan Bhagat novels, audaciously watching insane amounts of television, and optimistically checking her social media accounts. Kriti is an ardent supporter of women empowerment, who looks forward to contributing to women fraternity to uplift them and help them overcome shyness. The main goal in her current assignment, as a Managing Director at Kalla Kriti events, is to connect people, to make a difference in people’s lives by organizing their lifetime events and to create happy memories for life for them.
